The Ceasar, Odyssey and Omirus Villa complex consists of three independent houses with their swimming pools, two of which are two-story, one ground floor and one ground floor warehouse.The buildings are freely constructed staggered and oriented west to the sea at a short distance from it.

This 75sqm luxury villa  has two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and  two bathrooms one of them en suite. This beautiful villa can host up to 6 people. The stylish interiors  connect with the outdoors with floor to ceiling windows  giving the sense of a unique area leading to the private infinity  swimming pool. Your comfortable sleep is guaranteed with beds from Coco Mat.Two king size or twin beds for up to four persons and two couch beds. The private veranda offers lots of space for you to relax and enjoy the summer days.  Design and architecture create a luxury environment where the natural materials dominate in a  plane structure friendly and kin to the guest.

The villa is located in the outstanding area of Paramonas. Paramonas is an unspoiled area in the West side of Corfu full of hills and dramatic cliffs studded with olive, pine, fir trees and grape yards. Here you will find the best micro climate with almost daily breezes which gives a very clean sea and great temperatures during summer days. Guest has the opportunity to enjoy land and sea through a variety of activities.Villa is open to a private infinity swimming pool and a barbecue area to enjoy your everyday culinary.   The design is characterized by natural materials, soft tones and a particular architecture. Hand-picked accessories and great attention to detail create a warm and stylish atmosphere.

The positioning of the buildings was performed in a way that achieves privacy between the houses, with separate entrances, good exposure to the sun, aeration and unobstructed view to the sea. During design of the buildings and the surrounding areas, a bioclimatic effort was made so that the spaces contribute to the continuous uninterrupted air flow through the buildings and in combination with the creation of shading shelters, in order to achieve the natural cooling of the interior. The outcome is impressive in the hot months, but also in the winter due to the stone construction supplemented by the use of sheep wool insulation. The complex is adapted to the existing ground with gentle interventions in excavations and fillings.   

The building volumes of the complex were dismantled and reconnected in the area, so that the outcome refers to residential forms of the traditional villages of Corfu. The alternation of the surfaces of the volumes with stone and coated surfaces and appropriate shading also contributed to this end.
